How it works

Four steps, all of them in the browser. Nothing to install and no account to create.

  1. Hand it both documents

Your resume as a PDF or DOCX file, and the job description pasted in as text.

  2. It reads them

Five model calls run in sequence: parse the job, analyze the resume, find the gaps between them, draft an interview plan, write the questions.

  3. You answer in a chat

Questions arrive one at a time. Type your answer and it is scored on technical substance and on communication, with a written note on each.

  4. You read the report

Once every question is answered you get an overall score, a technical and a communication score, and a list of strengths and recommendations.

What you get, and what to expect

This is a practice tool built by one person. Here is the whole of it, with nothing dressed up.

What you get

  • Questions from both documents. A mix of technical, behavioral and system-design questions at mixed difficulty, aimed at the gaps between your resume and the role.
  • A score on every answer. Technical substance and communication, each out of ten, with feedback in plain sentences.
  • A report at the end. Overall, technical and communication percentages, plus the strengths and recommendations behind them.
  • No account, no cost. Open the app, upload, start. There is no sign-up form and nothing to pay.

What to expect

  • Everything is typed. There is no voice and no video — you write your answers.
  • The first question takes a minute or two. Those five model calls run one after another before the interview can start.
  • Your documents go to a language model. The resume is stored by the app, and its text plus the job description are sent to a model through OpenRouter to write the questions and score your answers.
  • The scores are practice feedback. They come from a language model, not from a recruiter, and they are not a hiring assessment.
  • Nothing is kept in your browser. Reload the page and the interview list starts empty again.

Have the job description ready?

Then you have everything you need. The first question is a couple of minutes away.
